Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining our waitlist, accessing our private Telegram group, or making a purchase. By submitting your email address on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Dumb Money is an exclusive streetwear brand based in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Dumb Money.

2. The Waitlist

By submitting your email address via our waitlist form, you agree to the following:

• You are providing your email address voluntarily and consent to receiving communications from us regarding access to our private Telegram group and product drop announcements.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to our Telegram group or the right to purchase any product. We reserve the right to manage access at our sole discretion.
• Waitlist positions are non-transferable.
• We may close or pause the waitlist at any time without notice.

3. Access to the Private Telegram Group

Upon joining the waitlist, eligible members may receive an invitation to our private Telegram group. The following conditions apply:

• Access to the Telegram group is granted at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time if these Terms are breached.
• You must not share your Telegram invitation link with any third party.
• You must not share, reproduce, or distribute any content, drop information, pricing, or exclusive offers from the Telegram group outside of it.
• You must conduct yourself respectfully within the group. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate removal.
• We are not responsible for Telegram's availability, functionality, or any changes to Telegram's platform or terms of service. Telegram is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC, an independent third party.

4. Exclusive Sales Channel

All Dumb Money products are sold exclusively through our private Telegram group. We do not operate a public online store, and our products are not available through any third-party retailer, marketplace (including Amazon, eBay, or Depop), or any other channel.

If you purchase a product claiming to be Dumb Money from any channel other than our private Telegram group, we cannot verify its authenticity, quality, or origin, and we accept no liability in relation to such purchases.

5. Purchases — Your Consumer Rights

When you purchase goods from us through our private Telegram group, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Dumb Money. The following statutory rights apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• All goods must be of satisfactory quality — free from defects, durable, and safe.
• All goods must be fit for purpose — suitable for the use made known to us.
• All goods must be as described — matching any description, image, or sample provided.

If goods do not meet these standards, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at capitalgatesholding@gmail.com to raise a complaint.

6. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As purchases are made by distance contract (online/via Telegram), you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:

• Contact us at capitalgatesholding@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your intention to cancel.
• Return the goods to us in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with any original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
• We will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method.

7. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices may vary between drops. The price confirmed at the point of purchase is the price you will pay.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• We accept payment methods as communicated in the Telegram group at the time of each drop.

8. Availability and Limited Runs

All Dumb Money products are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out. Membership of the Telegram group does not guarantee the ability to purchase any particular item. Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis during each drop.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Dumb Money — including but not limited to our name, logo, script mark, brand graphics, product designs, photography, and website content — is the intellectual property of Dumb Money and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable trade mark law.

• You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Dumb Money content without our prior written consent.
• You must not create or sell counterfeit Dumb Money products or use our brand name, logo, or marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion.
• Purchasing a Dumb Money product grants you ownership of that physical item only — it does not grant any licence or right to our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the goods in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of our website, waitlist, Telegram group, or products.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to postal delays, natural disasters, or Telegram platform disruptions.

11. Website Use

Access to our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious code, or by attempting unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date above, is the version in force. Continued use of our waitlist or Telegram group after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will notify active Telegram group members of any material changes via the group.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at capitalgatesholding@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the courts of England and Wales.
