Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining our waitlist, accessing our private Telegram group, or making a purchase. By submitting your email address on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

Dumb Money is an exclusive streetwear brand based in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Dumb Money.

Upon joining the waitlist, eligible members may receive an invitation to our private Telegram group. The following conditions apply:

4. Exclusive Sales Channel

All Dumb Money products are sold exclusively through our private Telegram group. We do not operate a public online store, and our products are not available through any third-party retailer, marketplace (including Amazon, eBay, or Depop), or any other channel.

If you purchase a product claiming to be Dumb Money from any channel other than our private Telegram group, we cannot verify its authenticity, quality, or origin, and we accept no liability in relation to such purchases.

5. Purchases — Your Consumer Rights

When you purchase goods from us through our private Telegram group, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Dumb Money. The following statutory rights apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

6. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As purchases are made by distance contract (online/via Telegram), you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

All Dumb Money products are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out. Membership of the Telegram group does not guarantee the ability to purchase any particular item. Products are available on a first-come, first-served basis during each drop.

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Dumb Money — including but not limited to our name, logo, script mark, brand graphics, product designs, photography, and website content — is the intellectual property of Dumb Money and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable trade mark law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Important: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

Access to our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious code, or by attempting unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date above, is the version in force. Continued use of our waitlist or Telegram group after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will notify active Telegram group members of any material changes via the group.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at capitalgatesholding@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the courts of England and Wales.
